Luís Portela de Carvalho is an experienced lawyer with expertise in gambling, advertising, commercial law, technology and IP. Over the past few years, Luís served as the Head of Legal for Clever Advertising, a premium affiliate in the gambling industry, overseeing all legal matters related to the company's operations.

Before his role at Clever Advertising, Luís worked as a lawyer and as an IP consultant. In these roles, he gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as regulatory compliance and IP.

Luís graduated and earned a Master's degree from the Catholic University of Portugal Faculty of Law. He is also a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
