Luís Portela de Carvalho is an experienced lawyer with expertise in gambling, advertising, commercial law, technology and IP.

Luís is a Partner at Lektou law firm, with a focus on the Gaming, Media, and Entertainment practice.

Previously, Luís served as the Head of Legal for Clever Advertising, a premium affiliate in the gambling industry, overseeing all legal matters related to the company's operations.

Before his role at Clever Advertising, Luís worked as a lawyer and as an IP consultant. In these roles, he gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as regulatory compliance and IP.

Luís graduated and earned a Master's degree from the Catholic University of Portugal Faculty of Law. He is also a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
