Tom Foley's practice concentrates on Administrative Law, Indian Law, and Gambling Law; Foley has a significant administrative and government practice. After twenty-one years in law enforcement, Foley was appointed to the National Indian Gaming Commission (1995-1998) for a three-year term as Commissioner, Vice-Chairman, and Acting Chairman. His national law practice emphasis is on gaming law. He represents tribes and gaming corporations on State and Federal regulatory and administrative issues. Foley was selected to be in the 2005-2017 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in Gaming Law.
