Paul was previously a Member at Hall & Evans LLC (01/2020-01/2023) handling litigation matters as well as regulatory and administrative law. Prior, Paul was the Director of Compliance at Penn National Entertainment's Chicagoland Hollywood Casino properties. (09/2017-01/2020). Paul also spent time as the Deputy General Counsel at the Illinois Gaming Board (11/2013-09/2017). Paul also worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's office where he defended the State of Illinois and its employees and agencies in civil litigation pertaining to regulatory decisions.
