Nick is a partner in the Atlantic City office of Fox Rothschild, a law firm with more than 600 lawyers in 10 states. Nick began practicing gaming law in 1980. He represents casinos, manufacturers of gaming equipment, and private equity firms and other investors in all aspects of gaming law, including licensing, acquisitions, compliance plans and investigations and financing. He has been involved in gaming matters in many domestic and international jurisdictions in addition to New Jersey, including Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Great Britain, Jamaica and Australia. Nick has authored more than 25 articles and speaks at a variety of events. He is a member and former officer or director of the International Masters of Gaming Law, International Association of Gaming Attorneys and Casino Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association. He has been named as one of the leading gaming attorneys in the U.S. by Chambers Global (2008-2015) and for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (2005-2015).
