Jan Kratochvil is Head of Legal at Mancala Gaming, an international B2B iGaming content provider operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. He is based in Prague and specializes in gaming law, regulatory compliance, licensing, and cross-border commercial matters. Jan regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks, certification processes, strategic partnerships, and complex commercial agreements within the online gaming industry. Prior to joining Mancala Gaming, he served as Senior Legal Advisor at Lottoland in Gibraltar, focusing on licensing, compliance, and contractual matters across regulated markets. Earlier in his career, he practiced with international law firms and advised clients in the gaming, technology, real-estate and financial sectors. Jan regularly delivers invited lectures at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, teaching Gaming Law, Regulatory Compliance, and the Regulation of Emerging Entertainment Technologies. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Charles University in Prague and conducts legal and business matters in English and Czech.
