Frank Miller is the senior member of Miller Malone & Tellefson, P.S., Inc. – a boutique legal and consulting firm that focuses on governmental affairs, including lobbying, gaming law, liquor law and regulatory compliance. The firm’s gaming clients include tribal governments and gaming commissions, tribal and commercial gaming operators, multinational gaming equipment manufacturers, national and international gaming financiers, internet companies, and individual licensees. Prior to entering private practice in 1997, Mr. Miller served fifteen years with the Washington State Gambling Commission as General Counsel, Deputy Director, and Executive Director. During his tenure with the WSGC, he developed and led the state’s negotiating team that successfully negotiated nineteen Gaming Tribal-State Compacts. He has continued to work with tribal governments and commissions on a wide range of gaming and regulatory issues. Mr. Miller has spoken throughout the U.S. and Canada on the topic of gaming regulation and is recognized as a leading legal authority in the areas of tribal, charitable, and commercial gaming. He is a founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, and he has been selected by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America in gaming since 2006.
