Anne Veerpalu, PhD has been legal counsel for online gaming operators for almost 7 years both as inhouse legal service provider, Head of Legal of iGaming operator and B2B aggregator.

Her sector expertise ranges from commercial and regulatory to M&A.

She is also advising startups, technology companies and private and venture capital investments in the technology sector.

She has a PhD in Information Technology Law focusing on blockchain technology regulation, serves as the Chair of the IT/IP Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association and has published several articles in her field of practice.
