Ron Segev is Partner of Segev LLP, an online gaming, technology, and business law firm located in Vancouver, Canada.

Mr. Segev assists real money online gaming, social and mobile gaming studios and other content providers, platforms and other publishers, networks, operators and marketers.

Mr. Segev has vat experience working with clients in most segments of online gaming including sport books, casino, poker, bingo, lottery (messenger services and operators), raffles, sweepstakes and contests, DFS, esports, v-sports, skill games, etc.

Mr. Segev has assisted clients with a variety of work including M&A, licensing and distribution, corporate finance, employment, corporate restructuring/structuring, regulatory, compliance, IP, and corporate law matters. In additional Mr. Segev has assisted clients from around the world with BCLC RFP/RFPQ, BCLC transactions and registration applications with eh British Columbia Gambling Policy Enforcement Branch. Furthermore Mr. Segev has assisted clients in navigating through international remote gaming licensing options and has assisted in managing applications for his clients in those jurisdictions.

Previously General Counsel and then Special N. American Counsel for Highlight Media Group, one of the world’s largest igaming consultancies, Mr. Segev also has business operations experience having established and managed a key subsidiary for the same team.
