Olga Finkel is the co-founder and partner of WH Partners. She founded WH Law in 2006 which has progressed to become WH Partners. Olga practises law in the gaming, gambling, technology and compliance fields. She is widely regarded as one of the leading global gambling lawyers and a pioneer in the online gaming & gambling sector, having an experience of over 22 years in the industry.

Olga’s main practice areas include regulatory frameworks for real money gambling, skill games and social gaming, AML, privacy and corporate transactions. Over the span of her career, she advised some of the largest global online gaming groups and land-based casinos on applicable regulatory frameworks, compliance matters (gaming, AML, privacy, consumer rights) as well as mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to a Doctor of Laws degree, Olga holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from the Academy of Economics, Kharkov, Ukraine.
