Katie Lever serves as Chief Legal Counsel for The Drew Las Vegas, an integrated resort and casino on the Las Vegas Strip, where she is responsible for structuring and managing all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. She was previously General Counsel and EVP at Baha Mar, a $4.3 billion luxury integrated resort in the Bahamas, where she implemented and managed the legal, compliance, AML, risk management, and surveillance functions. Prior to joining Baha Mar, Katie spearheaded the legal strategy for the $1.3B acquisition of SHFL entertainment by Bally Technologies, and, twelve months later, the $5.3B acquisition of Bally Technologies by Scientific Games, and was General Counsel and EVP of Scientific Games, General Counsel and SVP of Legal & Regulatory Affairs at Bally Technologies, and General Counsel and EVP of SHFL entertainment, Inc. as a result of those transactions. Katie was the first General Counsel and EVP of Global Cash Access (now Everi) and previously was a Partner with the Las Vegas law firm Schreck Brignone (now Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck).
