Katherine M. Paisley is General Counsel & VP of Compliance for Exacta Systems, the largest provider of historic horse race wagering in the United States. Prior to her current role, Katherine served as Deputy General Counsel for the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. She has a background in criminal trial and appellate law and has segued that experience to her work in the gaming field.
