Born in Lima, 1960. Lawyer, graduated from the Universidad Católica. He has a master´s degree on Small and Micro enterprises, telecomunications and legals aspects from the internet commerce. He is President of the Instituto Peruano de Derecho sobre Juegos de Azar y Apuesta (IPDJAA) and member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA). Arbitrator appointed by the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP), Specialized in Commercial, Civil, Bankruptcy and Legislation of Telecommunications and Gaming and Betting.
