Greg Gemignani’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law, technology law, internet law, online gaming law, online promotions law, and gaming law. Greg has represented clients ranging from the largest casino companies to start-up internet ventures. Prior to engaging in the practice of law, Greg was a software systems engineer at Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Greg is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property law topics, and is an adjunct professor at William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching the Introduction to Gaming Law and Federal Gaming Law classes.
