Glenn is recognized for his specialization in the fields of Gaming Law, Gaming Regulation and International Business Development. He is a licensed attorney in the states of Florida and Nevada, a long term member of the IMGL and Glenn is a second generation gaming executive.

Glenn earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Miami. His senior thesis, published in 1975, was one of the early studies in the field of Gaming Law entitled, "Legalized Gambling as a Means of Solving Some Fiscal Urban Problems."

Glenn later graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, where he attended evening law classes and worked during the day as a Legislative Assistant to the Majority Floor Leader of the California Assembly.

In his career, Glenn has been a practicing attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida and in Las Vegas, Nevada. Glenn has been a licensed manufacturer, distributor and operator of gaming equipment, he has owned and operated two licensed casinos in the State of Nevada, was a partner and gaming law specialist with the national law firm of Howard & Howard, and was President and General Counsel of Cole Kepro International, a global manufacturer of gaming cabinets, information kiosks and lockers, located in Las Vegas, Dallas and Taoyuan, Taiwan.

Glenn presently is engaged in private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. He is also a Director and Partner in SilkStar Holidays, a concierge travel and touring agency for Southeast Asia travel located in Hanoi, Vietnam. (www.silkstarholidays.com). Glenn proudly serves as a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California teaching Gaming Law and Regulation to the student body of his former alma mater.
