Filipe has been a CCA Partner since 2012 (began working for the firm in 2005). He has developed his activity in TMT, having specialised in the sectors of media and advertising, providing legal advice to diverse stakeholders in the industry. Filipe has extended his practice to the area of entertainment, with focus on Gambling and E-sports. He is head of the Gaming area, dealing with national and international clients.

Filipe regularly writes for gambling publications such as the Portuguese chapter for ICLG on Gambling (‘23) and the Portuguese section for The Gambling Law Review (‘21) and is a frequent speaker at conferences on gambling.
