She provides advice on corporate, regulatory and commercial matters to many of the leading businesses, both for operators and those that supply allied services to the industry. Susan leads an integrated group of leading industry specialists within the firm who can provide the full range of legal services to gambling industry clients including advice on regulatory and compliance issues (including the interplay between ethics, business and sports), M&A, IP protection programmes, technology and tax.
