Jennifer is the Associate Director of the UNLV International Center for Gaming Regulation. She was previously a Partner at the law firm of Duane Morris LLP and a Shareholder in the Gaming & Regulatory Department at Lionel Sawyer & Collins. Her law practice focused on gaming law, including gaming licensing, gaming compliance and gaming law development; federal, state and local alcohol beverage control; land use and zoning; and regulatory and administrative law. She made regular appearances before the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission, as well as local councils and commissions. Jennifer is also an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law, teaching gaming law, resort hotel casino law, fundamentals of casino operations and management, and gaming law policy. She is also an adjunct professor in gaming law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at University of Utah. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Nevada State Bar's Gaming Law Section. Jennifer earned her J.D. in 2002 from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she was a member of the Utah Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Sociology, with a Certificate of Criminology & Corrections, in 1998 from the University of Utah.
